Help on the platform and on the train

As usual, you can register with us if you need help with your trip:

Transfer assistance at the platform (We forward your registration to the MSZ)
Getting in and out with the wheelchair
Reservation for wheelchair

erixx uses low-floor vehicles on all routes. This enables barrier-free entry and exit at many stations. At the other stations our train staff will be happy to support you with a ramp that is present in every erixx. Please make yourself aware of this with the help of the specially designated buttons (in and on the vehicle in the multi-purpose area). A train attendant will be happy to help you.

Please note that not all stations and platforms are barrier-free, so it is not possible for every passenger to reach or leave the platform without restrictions. You are welcome to find out more about this in our customer centre from Monday to Friday.
